Hey!

Quite some time since I last wrote, my apologies. Today I’m going to tell you about a game my brother Jim and I created, we call it: Capture The Flag.

We tried it last night and it was a huge success. The game is played at Tallriken in Malmö with two versus two or three versus three (for now). There’s a red team and a blue team and the objective is to capture the other team’s flags. There are some rules which I will explain now:

  • If you have taken a flag you may not run or use your weapon.
  • If you have taken a flag your goal is to leave it at the drop point.
  • You may guard your team’s flags.
  • If you are in the No Man’s Land you may not stop walking/running at any time as this will be classed as camping.
  • You have a weapon that can be used two times each round, the weapon is not 100% finished yet but if you get hit with the weapon you must go to the drop point where the “Jail” is and then wait for a team mate to come rescue you. When you have been rescued, you have to get to your team’s starting location and after that you have life again and may continue play.
  • If you are hit by a weapon while carrying a flag, that flag is out of the game and your team have one less maximum point.
  • If the other team catches all the flags before your team they have automaticly won the match.
  • Each round is 30 minutes long.
  • If no team has caught all 4 flags during 30 minutes the players will meet in the middle to see who has won the game, the winner team is the team that has captured the most flags.
  • This is not a game for the “afraid of the dark” kind of people as this game is best played when it’s dark outside.

Tonight we will play again, and this time it will be three vs. three!

edit: We played and it was much more fun with 3 vs. 3 :-)

Modifications: at the drop point there is now a “Jail” and we removed all safe zones as it was impossible to catch the other teams flags if they were guarding them in their own territory (As the players who’s guarding them cannot be attacked in a so called safe zone).

If you live near Malmö and want to play this game with us, call: 0760153910, we need more participants!

Peace!

Hello everyone,

As you all probably know already, Michael Jackson, The King of Pop passed away on June 25 after suffering cardiac arrest.

Me myself didn’t know Michael that well but I did like his music and his exceptional dance moves. It was a sad day and people all over the world thought of him and still does.

Here’s a contribution site for Michael Jackson I came over the other day, it’s pretty neat, it starts with Michael moonwalking then continues with other random people that has uploaded their video, you can too! It’s already over 8000 clips on the website. Click on the link or image below to visit the site.

Stress, Party and Recovery

Hi there!

I was at a party in Lund two days ago.

It’s six o’clock and me and my friend is expected in Lund 07:30 PM. We had to take the bus into the city to visit Systembolaget, buy party-smokes AND eat.

We arrived at Hansakompaniet and bought one bottle of Absolut Pears and a can of Cider to my friends girlfriend, by now we were heading towards the central station in Malmö.

This was my first time at Systembolaget since I got 20, although there were no thrill about it.

Finally at the station we took the first available train to Lund, took a bus to a Pizzeria to fill our stomachs up and then another bus to the pre party, well there we drank some and headed on to the real deal.

We met some fine looking ladies and some friendly and social guys, one guy was also named Måns, haha. The music was great, there was a DJ with some fancy equipment, great music. The villa had 3 floors, the top floor was a gaming room with a billiard table and other random games. Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures of the house.

00:00, drunk? yes.

When did I arrive home in Malmö? I have no idea.

Sick the day after? yes.

Oh… I could continue to write all night but I’ll put a stop to it here.

Peace out!

Hello people!

I thought id share my little incident yesterday… What an epic battle it was, oh yes.

I had been pestering my friend for a month so he could bring his computer to my apartment, which he did, finally. Everyone was excited, including Jim and Neyda because they also wanted to play all four on LAN (Local Area Network).

Jim had to do some more work so my friend and I started without him. We played DotA (A special map in Warcraft 3) and right in the middle of the game my friend gets disconnected from the game and we could also hear that Jim noticed something happened because he couldn’t use his internet nor could we.

After alot of trying and phone calls we couldn’t get it working so we narrowed the problem down to the router, which was not working (even on LAN). It is the THIRD time a router of mine stops working. Routers are also quite expensive and nothing you go out shop for every month.

Well, I had to save the LAN day so I found a spare router that the local area connection worked on, but no internet. It worked fine and we finally had some fun, playing starcraft and warcraft 3.

Now I’m sitting here with the net cable direct into the broadband socket without a working router. Which means there will be whining of who should have the internet later today. I’m therefore using it while I can, hopefully we will fix the problem.

Peace.

My First Visit to the Beach This Year

Hey hey!

I’ve been to the beach for the first time this year and I must say it was wounderful! Five hours in the sun with no sun cream equals burned.

Unfortunately I skipped the dip in the sea simply because I’ve always been a wimp when it comes to that. My friend Elvin and his girlfriend took a swim and they said it was around 21 degrees in the water so I would probably have liked it.

Peace!
