Ohoi!
I just wanted to share my great recipe of Guacamole. If you want a taste thrill, then you should try it, suits perfectly to tacos, crisps dip and many more.
When you are done with your Guacamole it will look like this:
Now don’t worry, the saliva coming out from your mouth right now will disappear when you have tasted the Guacamole.
The Recipe – 11 Easy Steps
- Two Avocados (Mash them in a bowl)
- One Lime, juiced (Lemon works good too but I prefer Lime)
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon pepper
- Two tablespoons of olive oil
- One or two garlic clefts (Use a garlic press)
- Now mix everything together until it looks like a green mixture (I use an electric hand mixer, I prefer it smooth)
- Only three steps left, note that the last three steps must be made AFTER you have mixed your guacamole to prevent destroying the tomato, onion and chilli.
- Two clefts of fine chopped tomato (Throw the seeds in the garbage or eat them on spot if you think it’s a waste)
- A third of a yellow Onion (Very fine chopped)
- Finally, one very fine chopped green or red chilli (NO SEEDS) Note: Red chilli is more hot then the green chilli
You should now have a very good tasting Guacamole, I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do!
Peace.

Wow, what a perfect description! Seems very easy to follow. Are you perhaps going to become a teacher? In Hemkunskap?
Jag har ju smakat den och kan intyga att den är helt fantastisk!

@Mamma
Haha thank you! A teacher? No way, I guess that I’ve always had a thing for cooking food, so I became good at it and I think I’ve built up a good understanding about the subject
Wow, I’m impressed. Me and Aris will try this recipe one day. I’m also impressed with your English. In writing it’s even better than your Swedish – seriously! Puss!
@Jo
Thank you sister! I’m glad someone will try it out! Puss!
